Fire safety training qualification which is essential for many employees, its an important qualification, as fire can destroy lives, close businesses and can also put a tremendous strain on the health and welfare of those affected by it. All the employees that successfully complete fire safety training course can assist and provide a much safer working enviroment for all their employees.

 

 

Fire Safety (RQF) Level 1

This Fire Safety qualification is aimed at all staff, particularly new employees that started in any workplace, where they need to have a basic understanding of fire safety. This qualification can be taken within half a day (4hours). Level 1 fire safety qualification includes a basic fire safety, and what to do in case of an emergency, also includes the risk control and practical fire safety.

  • Reducing the likelihood of a fire 

 

  • The actions to take upon hearing the fire alarm 

 

  • Types of fire-fighting equipment and their uses

 

Fire Safety (RQF) Level 2

This qualification is aimed at anyone within the workplace that are involved in the management of fire safety, which includes managers, supervisors, team leaders, fire wardens, and for any staff working in any area where there is a potential risk of fire. 

Candidates will gaining this qualification will have awareness that fire safety is a responsibility of everyone in the workplace and will be able to recognise the consequences of fire in any premises.
This course will include hazards and risks, the control of fire risk, principles and practice of fire safety management at work and the role of a fire warden.

This qualification learners should expect to undertake 6 hours of learning.
